Highway Bound and Barte Laney are Blue Ridge National Heritage Area Traditional Artists. In 2011, David Grindstaff and Ben Poteat took first place in the bluegrass category of Merlefest's Chris Austin Songwriting contest.

This is a free, family friendly event
Please park in the lower lot, then walk up to Basecamp (the big metal building) to enjoy the show
There will be some parking spots in the upper lot available for folks with mobility challenges, and there are ramps leading into the building
We have plenty of seating available, but folks are welcome to bring a chair of cushion if they prefer
Bathrooms are available on site
Rain? No problem—we’re fully covered and have plenty of space indoors where you can still hear and enjoy the music.
We are a BYOB venue while our in-house brewery is being built. Non-alcoholic, CBD, and THC beverages are available and food can be purchased on site. No outside food please!
